They likely got rid of it because nobody used it. Seems everyone wants it there, but after a week it just gets neglected. Of course, I remember it used to be crazy busy when the girls would randomly drop in out of the blue...seemed all the random people that just poked in and left again would stay when they were in, like they're special or some shit

With how dead honestly the forum has been oh i dont know since facebook and myspace really took over the way fans get the information from the band and dont feel the need to post in topics or talk to people they do not know,

I cant see them adding a chat again to the forums. I know the chat service they used to have to pay which enabled things like the mod's or backgrounds etc, but also to use the chat, and for how little it has been used before it was removed(due to an update on the board not from the admin staff).

Sure i loved the service, but maybe if a topic is created for an "AIM CHAT" sort and we can
all post our sn's and join the topic when people are in, it could be a nice change, or msn messenger whichever is more widespread here.

Also i do not know how much time it would be to build a integrated chat for the message board, but i know with the latest server upgrade it removed the chat which i assume was an older version.

I really don't care how it's done, honestly. I just think that now, since the board is starting to liven up a bit, it'd be good to have that means of communication again. Even if it's not an integrated chat interface, there has to be something. There's plenty of free shit out there. Someone can find something to get this shit kickin' again.

I set up a chat room. It broadcasts whether I'm online or not. I found out about it cuz another forum uses that site as their chat (it's free, and you can use webcams and microphones if you so desire...kinda sweet actually).
