WTF is James Cameron's Avatar? I never took the time to check it out, so I automatically assumed it was this one. And I was like "Why the hell would Cameron be interested in the Last Airbender?"
Edit: Never mind. Cameron's looks awesome too.

Well I was more excited about James Cameron's Avatar than the Last Airbender since I was never a fan of the cartoons. But as a non fan, that Avatar teaser looks quite good-graphics wise.

I watched part of the cartoon once. I saw people doing magical stuff with water. I was confused.
magickmidget is still my forum whore and/or goddess and there's nothing you can do to stop it. :P

Don't forget Toff! Ty Lee is a great one to look out for too. Gah, if they only do the fighting right I'll be happy. I still hope they don't fuck the story though.

True that. M. Night Shamalamala is a pretty good director, his movies are hit or miss but I think he's the type of guy that will stick true to cartoon and add his own twist to it, Im sure. We'll see!

Gotta be fair. If it looks good give it a shot. Signs was good. Unbreakable was bad ass. While not often, it's possible to turn animation to live action without completely assing it up. Like I said, if they can at least get the fighting right, the visuals alone would be worth it.

IMO M. Night Shymalan is a giant turd. Im expecting this to suck, but you never know. I just hope Zuko is a badass, like he should be. That character is the only reason I liked the show.
